This sale is for a Dept. 56 2011 North Pole Series Santa\'s Sweet Shop \"Santa\'s Hot Cocoa Cafe\' \" #4020207 & \" I Break For Cocoa.\" They havebeen displayed , and were well cared for. The detail is great. I have found no chips or cracks . The building comes with it\'s light cord. The building measure approx. 5 Inches high x 5 1/2 inches wide x 5 inches long. The companion piece, \"I Break For Cocoa \" measures approx. 1 1/2 inches high x 1 1/2 inches long x 1 inches wide. They would be a great addition to your North Pole village display. The paper sleeves have some wear on the edges from storage. Please check out the pictures! They were purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and have been stored in a smoke free home.
