I'm calling it new but "open box", which it does have the damaged corner, and was opened to check out the contents.(Damaged corner & some scuffing, not mint!)I am pretty sure this was never hung or displayed, the plastic wrapped figures and instruments and base, still look factory packed. The plastic liner has yellowed a bit, but the ornaments themselves look fantastic and fresh! Box is 9 x 9 x 4"
