BLADE：

1.Forging the blade by hand using the ancient sword-making method, the blade is repeatedly folded from 1095 steel to form 5000 layers, Use the ancient clay tempering process, local quenching, water quenching, and differentiated heat treatment to further enhance the hardness and toughness of the blade.It is worth noting that, different from the wave Hamon, the unique straight Hamon produced by our clay tempering gives a very clean and powerful feeling.

2.The blade has been Fully hand polished with more than 16 process hand sharpening work in the most traditional Japanese craftmanship way.Our top master grinding completed this work. The blade has been grinded with three different brightnesses. The folded texture is like a stream of water, which is very delicate. The blade is bright like a mirror and the razor sharp.Can be used for real cutting, Tameshigiri.

FITTINGS:

1.Tsuka(Sword handle)
The Tsuka is made of high quality wood wrapped with genuine ray skin(Samegawa), and tightly tied with real silk ITO.The Mekugi (peg) was nailed to secure the full tang of the sword,the sword can be disassembled by picking up the Mekugi (peg).

2.Tsuba sets(sword Guard)
The Tsuba (guard), Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made of high quality brass with exquisite workmanship and fine elaboration.The tsuba is Secured by Two Copper Seppas (Spacer),The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) are made well match the tsuka for a good balance.

3.Habaki&Seppa:
The habaki(blade collar) and the seppas (Spacer) are made of high quality brass.

4. Saya (scabbard)
The saya is made by hand from dry wood, and is split, grooved, bonded, polished and reshaped, and designed with proper tightness for the sword body to enter and exit. Then the natural whole fish skin is wrapped by hand, which feels very good, exquisite and high-grade, which is conducive to collection.
