Coat of Arms contains Suomi (Finnish) language of Karelia republic as a 16th republic, this territory has been annexed by Stalin out of Finland. From 1939 until 1956 it was a separate republic, since 1956 it`s been included into the Russian Federation. Rare! Сonditions are very good. No cracks, no dents, all records are perfectly readable.
