We pack items very carefully. If your item does end up damaged from the carrier, we will send you the appropriate paperwork so you can pursue a refund from USPS. Take photos upon opening your package and of the entire contents (not just the broken piece), Save the box and packing materials. You can then go to USPS.com to fill out the insurance forms to request a full refund. They will ask that you upload your photos, receipt of purchase (provided by us) and shipping receipt (provided by us) and USPS can issue you a full refund.
