Railroad Train Crew Phone 1950’s-1960’s Monon Railway & Louisville Nashville L&N For Sale

This vintage railroad train crew phone (Dispatcher/Operator Call Box prior to locomotive radio’s) is a piece of history from the 1950s-1960s featuring the Monon Railway and Louisville Nashville L&N. It was made in the United States and is a unique addition to any collection of railroadiana hardware. The phone is in great condition made by GTE Automatic Electric Co. It came from a call box from Salem, Indiana at the north end of Fogg Siding Track. Former Monon RR. Picture #3 is an example from similar places. This railroad has been abandoned and is now all but gone!
