This is a very rare mug to find as this Copeland mark was printed from 1851-1885.
It is a child's mug featuring a cat sitting on a cushion in Victorian style.
Hand-painted. Accented with gold paint around the rim and base.
In excellent condition for age. No cracks. One small chip on the base (not seen when upright). Some wear to the gold rim.
3” tall, just under 3” in diameter, 4.25” from handle to side.
