First off I Will start with I believe it's signed by the artist but I cannot make out the name only Japan. There is a maker sticker bottom but I cannot find any information out about that company. This is the only one that I have seen that has a music box attached. It works perfectly and plays silent night. There is an on off switch for the music box as well as the light piece is in mint condition with no flaws.
