AS IS - this piece was in a very moist location and has ripples.There was no protection on the front, shows a scratch on the topright running into the mat.Shows some rust colored discoloration on the top left right beneath the mat.Running my hand across the front is clear of any particles.The mat appears to be adhered to the art paper, it could also just befrom moisture but I did not want to ruin it by trying to take it apart.
