This is a never used 20th anniversary Disney photo album. The collectible value is intense. While it’s not in mint condition, and the pages are yellowing as all old pages do there are some scuffs and small stains as you can see in the photos but overall the book is extremely collectible, and a true treasure. It measures 12” x 11 1/2” and it is truly amazing. This still exists because I couldn’t find a single other one on .
