Plaster Plate, Charger, Castle Scene

Description:
This plaster plate or charger is made of plaster, I believe. Handpainted with a vintage castle scene and a lady walking her dogs. Gold painted edge. Measures 14.25 in. diameter and is about 1.5 in. thick. Purchased at a sale where the owner stated her Grandmother had them and believed them to be from Germany. Unmarked, so I can't verify. Wires embedded in the back so is ready to hang. Unusual, vintage wall decor. I find no chips, breaks, etc.
