Hey guys I have a new spin on my classic pure silver twisted metal toothpicks.

I have been tinkering around with what is called liver of sulfur. And based upon the temperature and how long you leave it in the solution you can end up with colors ranging from gold to green to blue to red.

It didn't add anything to the Silver itself it just oxidize the top layer. I'm not sure if you are familiar with coins that have toning, but this is essentially the same thing just on a purposeful scale instead of accident.
