\"Bemis A Extra Heavy Seamless 14\" Vintage Cotton Feed Or Seed Sack ca. 1940s For Sale

This is a vintage heavy-duty cotton grain and feed bag produced by the Bemis Company during the mid-20th century. It is made from very thick, durable woven cotton or muslin canvas. The \"extra heavy\" classification meant the sack was constructed to securely hold up to 100 pounds of agricultural content, such as seed, grain or feed. It features characteristic multi-colored pinstripes running down the fabric along the sides. This particular bag has a couple of small holes and an overall very \"vintage\" feel with one stain on the back (see photo). The stenciling is somewhat faded but still visible, along with the striping on the sides. Great for collectors, rustic home decor, or sewing custom pillows, tote bags or custom clothing. It is 18\" wide and 39.25\" long.
