Vintage 2-Piece Lidded Dish Japan. Center round hole in lid. 2 ¾” tall x 3 5/8” in diameter. Bottom base is stamped “Japan” in red. I do not know what this design of dish was originally used for. Perhaps hair accessory/bobby pin holder, trinket dish, vanity container.
Please Note: There is unevenness to the green trim line to the top of the bottom of the dish. Black paint spot inside dish. Some uneven glaze spots. Peach color to underside of lid. All of these are from the manufacturing process. No chips. Item is being offered, “As Is”.
