• Mu was born in April 1971, and its futuristic design with an integrated neck and nib surprised not only Japan but the world. Its streamlined beauty makes it look like a spaceship. Half a century later, it still has fans all over the world, and is one of Pilot's most representative fountain pens of the 1970s. Due to its popularity, a limited edition of 9,000 copies of Mu was made to celebrate Pilot's 90th anniversary, but it sold out quickly.
