🚨 Own A CGC 9.4 Comic from GEORGE PEREZ'S Collection First Appearance For Sale

This was the personal copy of George Perez. He kept one copy of every comic book he worked on. This one featured a Lady Death poster by the legend himself. It features the limited edition George Perez label that was only available directly after his passing. I'm not sure why it isn't marked as a "Pedigree".  But having the George label is much better anyway. It will be shipped very securely.

Please ignore the "first appearance " in the title. I've had a lot of difficulty while trying to get people to notice this item. It's been up here for two years. I'm just trying something new.
