I can not CONFIRM 100% that the statement below is correct I’m just basing it on the research I’ve done on the internet. Keep that in mind. My advice would be if in doubt than do not purchase the set (3) Boxes. Please look at the last 2 pictures- you will see the mechanism where they look you will also see 3 keys that came with boxes when I bought them. Every time I have obtained this boxes the lock is broken or missing. I could have fix the locks but than I would not be able to unlock them I have mess withe the lock and keys and CAN NOT figure out how they work or if the keys are the right keys to unlock them. I have many boxes that I have collected over the years and it’s time to let go and have someone else enjoy them.

Is not a new item so there are imperfections so I encourage you to ask questions and ask for more pictures before purchasing. As you can see in pictures on bigger box the hinges are loose.
