Rare set of 10 vintage Fostoria #4020 Oyster/Fruit Cocktail glasses designed by George Sakier, dating to the early 1930s and featuring Sakier’s distinctive Art Deco/Modernist styling with simple clear glass bowls set atop striking black glass concentric-ring feet. Each measures approximately 4¼” in diameter × 2½” tall. A wonderful and difficult-to-find large matched set from one of Fostoria’s most distinctive designer lines. Eight are in excellent vintage condition; two have small rim flakes/chips, which are reflected in the price and shown in the photographs. No other chips or cracks noted.
