This listing is an offering for ONE HUNDRED (100) RANDOM VINTAGE OLD AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHIC SLIDES.The individual images shown in this listing are not likely to be the exact slides you will receive, but are a very good representation of what may be included in your lot.These slides have been acquired from many sources over the years, and will feature a wide variety of subjects to include people, places, things, scenery, architecture, animals, celebrations, and just about anything you can imagine taking a photo of. The vast majority were originally taken between the mid 1940s and the late 1980s, although there many be a few that extend into the early 1990s. Tons of Americana flavor, and tons of Mid Century Modern Fashion and Interiors.MOST IMPORTANTLY, I HAVE REMOVED ALL THE OBVIOUS DUDS! Some slides may be slightly more or less exposed, but I have removed all slides that were too over- or under-exposed or blurry to decipher, removed all scientific/presentation type slides, and removed all broken, loose, notably damaged or faded slides. I HAVE REMOVED ALL COMMERCIAL PRE-PRINTED TOURIST SOUVENIR SLIDES (like the ones you would buy in a hotel or resort gift shop). Some slides may be framed in "duplicate" mounts but they are not commercial slides; merely instances where the original photographer apparently wanted additional copies made to share.The majority of these slides are on 35mm film, although some other formats and sizes will likely be included. The light table photos above were taken by letting my neighbor choose two random bags from the collection and taking photos of the contents.
