Rogers Oneida LTD SilversmithsIt is carved (I would say more than just embossed) in a stunning floral pattern on the front with a rope edge and tooling towards the edge that leaves an open lace-like pattern.12 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch deep.I believe it is not solid silver, just silver-plated.
