OldAbe- Frosted Eagle covered Butter dish , by Crystol Glass Co. , Bridgeport,Ohio , produced 1861-1881 , exhibited at Philadelphia Centennial Exposition 1876 , named after Eagle ( Old Abe) mascot of the 9th Wisconsin Infantry Regiment in Civil War , as mint as you will fine ,very small nick on Eagle wing flea bite only seen. No cracks ,clear glass , little over 7. 1/4 inches high to Eagle top, X 5. 3/4 inches diameter X 7. 1/2 inches + handle to handle X 4 inches diameter base wonderful early piece with frosted Eagle wing spread head tilted ,curved end beak , shipped USPS and insured ground
