This lovely, classic, paneled vase was made by the United States Glass Company in the Portland pattern. It's from the early 1900s.
This measures 12" tall and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. The glass is foggy, I tried to clean it with no luck but I'm not a glass expert and didn't want to damage it by over doing it. Maybe you know the best way to clean it?
