This 123-year-old book measures 9x12 and is 76 pages long depicting photos of the buildings, faculty as well as the graduating class of 1901. Other photos include, two of the baseball team, two of the football team, crew, track, debate team and five photos of the Hasty Pudding Club Theatricals and men in drag.
This book was owned by Bartlett Harding Hayes who served as class secretary and went on to become a stock broker, had four children and died in 1951. The back cover is missing and the front cover has rubbing and has separated from the binding. Some of the pages are loose, but all are present. All of the photos are guarded with tissue paper which is still present. The photos are in excellent condition. There is some yellowing of age and some light pencil scribbles to the inside front cover and free front end page. A large envelope from Harvard addressed to Bartlett H. Hayes is placed inside the book. The envelope is empty.
