A substantial, heavy wedge-style straight razor with a blunt/rounded point and thick blade. The tang/blade is marked No. 43 and bears the distinctive hand-with-hammer trade mark associated with Ed. Selzer, Remscheid-Hasten, in the historic Solingen/Remscheid cutlery and toolmaking region of Germany.
