EXTREMELY RARE - UNIQUE - HAND MADE stamp collage montage art postcard - stamps used appear to be from England and USA and I can't quite make out the dates as each stamp has been cut into tiny pieces, but on the front and back is pencilled by a prior collector "1912" and "Flowers" - UNUSED - we haven't seen any such finely detailed dahlia collage postcards made with stamps before!
