Original 1912 printed billhead for Nagel & Gregory, wholesale confectioners and jobbers in High Grade Cigars operating from 226 North Broad Street, Norwich, New York. Dated October 14 1912, this invoice was made out to C. S. Bush of Hartwick, NY.
Features a vivid red “TIP TOP” emblem at upper left—an excellent example of early 20th-century brand design for confectionery and tobacco advertising. The ledger lines show hand-entered purchases including “paul croquets” and “choc drops,” signed off at bottom by a clerk (likely Roy Adams).
Reverse side bears a brief notation in pencil. Moderate fold marks and a small lower-left corner loss as shown.
