The portrait features a highly unusual artistic composition. The woman\'s image is framed inside a large leaf-shaped silhouette with finely serrated edges, while delicate flowers and thin stems form a decorative arrangement below.

The reverse bears a handwritten dedication in Russian, approximately reading:
