Large scale - measures approx 18" round and approx. 5" tall at center where tree is held. Has 3 light bulb sockets - included are 3 vintage bulbs, multi color.
The wiring looks to be very good, but you may want to consider re-wiring or at least testing it to be safe.
There are 2 power sockets on top of the stand - these are untested.There is also a reservoir for water, please use your judgement as this is a lighted tree stand.
There is some some wear, a dent on one side, some rust and scrapes to paint.
