1963 Black California License Plates, 1968 Validation Sticker, DMV Clear, VG For Sale

1963 California License Plates, DMV Clear Guaranteed, Natural, include an original condition 1968 validation sticker, correct for a 1968 passenger vehicle, DMV issued letter "W" in 1968. Plates are in very good used condition except for, dents, scratches & wear, no additional holes, or tears. DMV Clear on 9/18/26. I'll provide DMV forms required. Frames not included.
