Forsale isa superb early 19c inlaid solid mahoganyrestored andrepolished technical drawing box in lovely condition. Datesapproximately 1860/1890
FULLY LOCKS with ease.
In very good order with no repairs. No missing or replaced timber on the box. The box is warped to the top however but opens and closes with no issues what so ever. The tray is also original and in good order. The original fabric to the inside top and bottom is in good order with very minor wear and has been well looked after.
Inlaid with the originalsolid brass central cartouche and solid brass keyholeescutcheon.
Areally superb early box in great restored order. The internal tray is original to the box. All the toolslook original in pretty good order and complete as far as we can tell., plus some additional items.Its always difficult to tell with these sets.It looks much better than you seein the pictures.
