Shipping: I know shipping has gotten pricey. I can\'t help that. I try to make it as cheap as possible with box size but I have had a couple of recent items damaged. So I will use bigger boxes and double box when possible. It will add more to the shipping but that is the reality now. Thanks.
Fantastic antique 19th century Sevres style porcelain lidded urn/vase. It is in the Sevres style celestial blue color with gold gilt trim and hanging gilded swagged ropes. There are 10 hand painted portraits medallions around the urn with various 18th/19th century French aristocrats, I assume. Each medallion is about 2 1/2\" wide including the gold borders.
The urn is about 21 3/4\" tall with lid on, 19\" without. It is about 10 1/4\" wide to handles and about 9\" deep. It weighs 14.2 lbs before packing.
Condition: Minor touch ups & repairs to small nicks on urn mouth rim where lid rests. Some rubbing of colors as shown in small areas, no other repairs, cracks or chips. Excellent antique pre owned used condition.
