-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is done through ’s International Shipping hub. I can not see the shipping prices that charges for card lots. -Your cards are insured and I will always refund if they do not arrive. The policy for a refund claim is 30 days. After this point if the card has been scanned but not arrived, I will refund the total price.
