Sorry, i do not know who made this and when it was first produced. In pictures it looks as if the item is glowing but it is not it is only because of the camera flash / lighting and does not take away from it. Light polishing suggested. There is a nice assortment as seen. This is being sold as-is with any thing on it seen ( usage wear, scratches, discoloration ). The back ground material that it is pictured with / on does not come with the item it is only being used for display purpose only ( item only ). This would make for a nice keepsake / conversation piece.
