This is a Used Rotating Inflatable, the HO HO HO banner stitching had come off so we put pins to keep it on. If You know how sew you could sew it back on there’s a small leak in between the blue and the clear plastic so we use some tape but again if you know how to sew you could probably sew that up as well. There is also three bulbs that are out, but there’s three left that light up really well. It does spin really well for the most part. Sometimes it slows down and gets stuck, but it keeps moving. They clear plastic is still very clear but the white top part there’s a little bit brownish tinge to it comes with the original box.
