ANTIQUE EARLY BRASS METAL CROWN HALO FOR ANTIQUE SANTOS OR MADONNA VIRGIN STATUE For Sale

This VERY EARLY SANTO CROWN has the most intricate cut metal work imaginable. Has various sizes of cut glass with 4 bezels on each glass. There is only 1 cut glass which is not present. There is 1 scroll of the crown which is unattached but you cannot tell this unless you slightly pull away from the top ball adornment. Other than that, there are some minor bends in the brass here and there but nothing that draws away from this incredible crown. She is truly a crown of glory. An extremely talented metal worker made this crown. On the top, there is some old candle wax which I dare not touch. This beautiful piece of artwork measures 6” tall and 3 1/8th” across the center of the headband.
