Ho, ho, ho! Who\'s saving money? This adorable vintage Santa bank encouraged saving with a wink and a smile and the admonishment not to open until Christmas. There\'s a slot in the back for coins, and the head and base can be locked to prevent dipping into the coins too soon.This hand-painted vintage ceramic bank stands about 7.5\" tall by 3.5\" wide and comes complete with a working padlock and key. Colors are bright and shiny. Made in Japan, item 6359.Excellent Used Vintage Condition with the following minor flaws:

• We note that the tab on Santa\'s neck (which cannot be seen when assembled) has been re-glued.
  
• There is a small rough spot on the lower left side of the beard.
• As shown in the photos, some of the letters on the tree are faded.
