smaller knife - made with genuine Alaskan Birch.
larger knife - made likely with bone, not specified on packaging.
Both are new in box, but are old so may have flaws that I cannot see. But both knives look new. Boxes are a bit beat up and do not look new. Both knives come with matching stands. Both knives do not appear to have been removed from boxes.
