All 4 show varying degrees of wear and age. The oldest is #1632 January 15 1861. So it is pre-civil war, but one of the articles is entitled "the demands of slave power", "the pro slavery rebellion", and "mr Sewards speech". The other three issues are #1668 May 21, #1683 July 12, and #1697 August 30. 1697 which is definitely in the worse shape of the 4. It looks like moths got to it. The others shows some wear and age as well, but to a lesser degree. Great contemporary source documents. See pictures to make your own determination on physical condition.
