Antique leather-bound photo album from the 1880s featuring an ornate embossed cover with gilded floral accents. This Victorian-era album includes 55+ original Carte de Visite (CDV) and cabinet card photographs featuring a family group photo, men, women, children, infants, and more. A provenance marker is found on the inside cover, bearing the stamp of Dr. G. L. Lester of Chautauqua, NY. This album also includes two handwritten stories and drawings from the owner or their child. 8" x 7"
Exterior cover is in Good Antique Condition, clasp is missing, Interior Pages - some are quite damaged and in fair condition, some just have expected wear.
