Antique 1890\'s Mettlach St. Augustine Florida Alligator Beer Stein. This Mettlach #2373 St. Augustine Beer Stein was made in Germany by Villeroy & Boch in the late 1890\'s. It features a figural alligator handle. a pewter hinged lid, and etched polychrome graphics. It displays the Spanish Coat of Arms of St. Augustine, Fort Marion, and Old City Gate. Great Condition!. Has a small defect in the glaze on the lid. Please see pictures.We have 4 of these steins that will be listed separately.
