Great historical Wood Tool Box used at the Edison Illuminating Co., that opened in Detroit, Michigan by Henry Ford in 1886 and reorganized in 1903 to form Detroit Edison. Hand made. Owned by JC Parrent.
Six drawers. Two saws. Chest sits level when something is set under the chest when the chest lid is opened. See photo of orange bottle propped under chest. Leather drawer pull straps are delicate. Two straps missing.

Measures 30.25” wide x 9.5” deep x 12.25” high. Weighs approx. 23 pounds.
Solid for age. No key. Could use some cleaning. Cleaned it off with dish soap and water the best I could.
