Antique and original 1895 Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma Territory Warranty Deed. This approximately 3.5” by 8.38” paper deed unfolds to 8.38” by 14 and 7/8”; the information is handwritten onto the form. The Deed dates to December 19, 1895 and is from James G. Unger to Cora B. Unger. The deed bears two impressed seals: one from the “Register Of Deeds, Garfield County, O.T.” and one from Notary Public “J. B. Cullison. County O, Okla. Ter.”. In good condition with minor signs of age and use, primarily light surface/edge wear and normal paper discoloration. The Deed is folded into quarters and has horizontal fold lines; there are small tears at the edges of some folds, and very slight material loss at two corners. No rips, stains, non-original folds, or non-original writing.
