Up for sale is an authentic, antique 1906 Buffalo Pottery "Dutch Jug" water pitcher. This classic semi-vitreous piece features a beautifully detailed medieval castle scene on one side and a charming Dutch landscape complete with a windmill, mother, and child on the reverse. The base is heavily decorated with stylized heraldic shields and floral art nouveau motifs.
The bottom features the complete, authentic Buffalo Pottery underglaze backstamp explicitly dated 1906.

* This item has significant structural wear and is being sold strictly **AS IS** for decorative display.
* There is a visible crack running through the base of the handle.
* A vintage sticker on the bottom indicates an "Old Professional Repair" was performed in the past. The filler/adhesive at the lower handle joint is visible and showing age (as pictured).
* Aside from the handle damage, the glaze exhibits typical antique crazing, but the hand-painted graphics remain bright, crisp, and vibrant. No major chips to the rim or spout.
