Smaller but heavy. Just under 4 inches high. Base itself is about 3.5 inches across.
It looks to me like the boy is made of copper, the plaque is made of brass, and the base/stand is cast iron.
This is actually an incredibly high quality piece of advertising, and it is for very high quality lamps. The Art Lamp Manufacturing Company marketed itself as extremely high end, and functioned that way. These pieces really show that.
