This is an antique 1920/1930s tambour lace net bedspread with tambour embroidery. It’s a very light cream all even color. I believe it’s made of linen, probably in France or Italy. The condition is rare, very strong. Looks like it wasn’t used a lot. It has a tiny repair shown in the last picture, right in the middle next to the pin for the size comparison. The bedspread is antique and if there is some imperfection I didn’t see it would be really not noticeable. Doesn’t have any spots, holes, tears, odors.
The bedspread is freshly washed in a special detergent for the antique items and pressed. Ready to use.
The measurements:
82”x100” including 14” raffles on two sides, 54”x100” without the ruffles.
It’s a little stretchy and not easy to measure. The sizes are approximate.
Comes from non-smoke and pet free house.
