Hard to take a photo with the glass not reflecting into the camera. Antique Polish Black Madonna & Sacred Heart of Jesus pair of prints in matching frames. These prints are from the early 1900's to possibly the 1920's era. They have still retained their lovely colors. They have a few creases that were on them from before they were framed. They were folded before they were framed. They were framed back in the 1920's by my great grandmother, so I do not know where they came from. You do not really notice the folds, I think. I had seen them for years and never noticed the folds. Actually, it just makes them look antique and does not detract from the images. These are nice sized prints with matching antique frames with glass at 17 by 13 inches. These were family items, so I can state the age within those boundaries. They have been stored in a dry closet for the last 70+ years.They could be from as early as 1904, because my great grandmother may have had them folded in a trunk when she came here from Poland in 1904.
