This is an antique ceiling fixture mount from an Art Noveau home circa 1903.
It appears to be painted cast iron.
Included are some additional parts, but no screws.
May have been compatible with the old gas lighting system.
Don't know too much else about it.
It measures 5.75 inches in diameter.
It retains the original dust and dirt.
There are some white paint marks around the perimeter of the canopy.
