MOUGIN; 8-day wind two train suspension spring movement insertedinto a rouge marble plateau clock case adorned with the spelter metal statue signedBRUCHON (embossed signature located along one side of the statue’s base) see photo for minor loss to statue legs bronze finish; statue’s recessed base hasoriginal mounting screws in place (see photo below statue base) that were intendedto hold a mounting ring fastened through the existing holes present in themarble plateau; clockwork is accented by festooned gilded decorations surrounding allsides of the rouge marble clock case; clock case rests upon 4 elaborate cast gildedfeet (see photo of repair to right rear foot); rouge marble plateau has variousholes drilled through the top (see photo) originally for mounting the statue; statue currently rests upon the plateau without fasteners.

Highest qualityporcelain 3” diameter porcelain faceplate contains Arabic numerals accented withhand painted flowers & a Bluebird (porcelain loss at both winding arbors); a small FAST/SLOW adjustment gear centered above numerals; movement isa suspension spring type with adjustable weight on brass pendulum; clockface is protected with hinged brass door fitted with a clear heavily beveled clear glasswhich shuts against the clock surround with a friction fit; the backside containsa second hinged round pierced brass door with a friction fit; the cast nickelbell resonates beautifully within the clock cavity allowing the sound to escapethrough the bottomless clock case; both movement & bell assemblies aremounted securely to case.

I am NOT a retailer.I am an antiqueclock collector wishing to reduce my clock collection. This clock comes from my collection & has beenrunning successfully for several years with no difficulties. It has been tested prior to this offering. Clock set-up to establish the correct“beat” is paramount to the clock’s operation, accomplished through placement& leveling (sometimes with rotating the movement while in the clockcase). Additionally, temperature & humidity may affect it over time as well. Do not over wind a clock. Lastly, Icannot guarantee the clock’s operation once shipped. However, I do take pride as a sellerof theclocks & offer setup assistance via email.

All shipmentswill be CAREFULLY & PERSONALLY WRAPPED in bubble wrap (key & pendulum wrapped separately) set tightly into heavy duty box containing foam peanuts, tapped shut & then placed into second box (as may be necessary with marble clocks) also filled with padding for added protection, tapedshut on all sides.

Any major defect will bestated & a photo associated with this defect is provided which is intendedto illustrate the extent of the defect. Onoccasion, Seller may miss something. Therefore, please notify Seller if Buyerdetects any inaccuracy so that Seller may address it immediately. Seller caresgreatly about Buyers, making sure the Buyer gets exactly what they want, &that Seller is ready to hear from Buyers.

Unless stated otherwise, all clocks are tested & found ingood working order when listed will be tested prior to shipping to complete any finaladjustments to ensure proper working conditions prior to shipping.

Clock set-up assistance may be offered to the Buyer, via email,to help with making clock adjustments as a courtesy. Alternatively, if Buyer isunsure about making adjustments to the clock, Buyer may wish to enlist aclockmaker at Buyer’s expense.

Lastly, be aware that “Antique”, “Vintage” & “Pre-Owned” clocksgenerally don\'t keep perfect time.
