Pair of antique French pink opaline glass candlesticks, these appear to be extremely old possibly 19th century. They have beautiful luminous pink "gorge de pigeon" style glass with hand-painted floral garland decoration and gilt accents, mounted with dark aged metal. Each measures approximately 6 3/4" high x 2 3/4" wide. Both show age-appropriate wear, including some loss to the gilding and finish. A beautiful and unusual pair for the collector of antique French glass.
