Description Offered for your consideration is a primitive wooden picture frame. The multi-layered frame is crafted in Tramp Art fashion. The frame design features arrow designs on both sides and wave designs on the top and bottom. There are also diagonal slats at each of the corners. I do NOT detect where any button or bow adornnents werer ever present, as there are no indications such as placement piercings. The frame is made of solid walnut(?) and does provide wire to the back for hanging and/or display. It also DOES have glass present, which appears to have considerable age, based on the bubbling. It will accommodate a 9 1/4" x 7 1/4" print, picture, photo or painting. Overall, the frame is in very good 'as found' condition, showing some handling and signs of age. PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS CAREFULLY, AS THEY SHOW the condition of the frame. The frame overall measures 13 3/4" x 11 3/4" x about 1" at the thickest. The decorative frame has a weight of about 1 pound 1 ounce, and will ship at a weight of 2 pounds 10 ounces, as it will be double boxed for protection.
